The Brotherhood of the Divine Bottle of Gaillac was founded in 1529. Their "Guiding Light" is Francois Rabelais, author of the song the Knights sing during the enrobing ceremonies. In this photo, the History of the Brotherhood is recounted in both French and English, its mission, to promote the wines of Gaillac, good food, good songs, and Rabelais.
